About this role

Reporting to the Superintendent IS, this role delivers safe, high-quality work to the Infrastructure Services team at Christmas Creek. The position focuses on fuel reports, water sample results and supporting leadership for greater time in field.
Responsibilities include reconciliation of fuel deliveries and stocks onsite, ordering consumables, PPE and office supplies, and overseeing onboarding processes. Compile expense reports, use SAP for material availability, and manage invoice and SES processes. Successful execution supports site safety and production targets across mine operations and camp facilities.
Infrastructure Services maintains assets including accommodation buildings, offices, workshops, wastewater treatment plants and water production facilities. The roster is 5D/2R/4D/3R, based at Christmas Creek. High safety focus and risk perception are maintained at all times.

Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Fortescue process and systems including SAP, BMS, SAM’s and Success Factors
- Ability to utilise Restrack
- Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Teams
- Site Standards and Regulations
- Fuel reconciliation process
Responsibilities
