We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our hauling team. In this role, you will coordinate all truck and driver activity, manage routes, communicate with drivers and customers, and use routing software to drive efficiency across operations. Monitor and track truck movements via GPS while updating systems as needed. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in customer service and dispatching preferred
Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with routing software or GPS tracking systems a plus
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Familiarity with oil and gas transportation or water hauling operations preferred
