About this role
We are looking for a talented Bilingual Remote Mining Supervisor to join our central Canada team. This role supervises employees who install, service, and repair equipment and machinery in mining operations. It requires readiness for extensive travel and safety-sensitive responsibilities.
You will optimize technician performance by coordinating schedules and aligning repair plans with customer quotes for efficient repairs. Manage service logistics by overseeing materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure safe, high-quality operations. Support technical problem-solving as the first line of assistance for technicians.
Lead and develop your team through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to foster growth and accountability among Service Technicians and Team Leaders. Communicate effectively across diverse audiences for clarity in repair plans and updates. Ensure accountability by setting clear expectations for safety, quality, and performance.
Drive continuous improvement by refining processes to meet customer expectations. Monitor repair progress to resolve delays and meet commitments. Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving warranty concerns and maintaining strong communication for lasting relationships.
Requirements
