About this role
We are looking for a talented Bilingual Remote Mining Supervisor (Remote-7x7) to join our central Canada team. Supervise employees who install, service, and repair equipment and machinery in mining operations. Lead efforts to ensure productive, safe, and efficient service delivery.
Coordinate schedules and align repair plans with customer quotes to optimize technician performance and complete repairs accurately. Provide first-line support for technical problem-solving, escalating issues as needed to maintain workflow. Manage service logistics, overseeing materials, equipment, and personnel for high-quality operations.
Lead and develop your team through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews, fostering growth and accountability among service technicians and team leaders. Communicate effectively across diverse audiences, directing work efficiently and ensuring clear expectations. Manage conflict constructively to sustain a productive environment under pressure.
Drive continuous improvement by refining processes to meet customer expectations and organizational goals. Monitor repair progress, resolve delays, and enhance customer satisfaction through warranty resolutions and strong communication. Build lasting relationships while upholding superior service standards in mining.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both French and English, fluent and professional in spoken and written communication
- Adapt to field demands with extensive travel, safety-sensitive responsibilities, and deep understanding of mining operations
- Apply financial acumen to interpret key indicators and balance cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively across diverse audiences for clarity in repair plans and team direction
- Demonstrate customer focus by building relationships and delivering solutions for mining clients
- Direct work efficiently by delegating tasks and aligning efforts with service goals
- Ensure accountability by setting clear expectations for safety, quality, and performance
- Leverage technical expertise in diagnostics, electronic tools, documentation, and warranty processes
